CAFAI informs the public that the deadline for applications to the Pula Open Drawing Biennale 2021 has expired. Amateur and professional artists had the right to apply, regardless of membership in art associations and formal education, and we are pleased to announce that we received an extremely large number of applications from interested authors from Croatia and abroad. Applications will be reviewed and a selection of works will be made by The Biennale Committee (Eugen Borkovsky, Art critic; Iva Fonović, Mag. art.; Milan Marin, Mag. art. and Art Historian; Iva Gašparić, art professor and museum educator, and Breza Žižović, doc.art.).
The selection results will be announced on Monday, September 6th.
With this exhibition we will present local authors and authors from abroad, authors who have already exhibited, but also those who have not had the opportunity to present themselves to the public or have not had the opportunity to do so in Pula. Also, the exhibition as part of the Pula Open Drawing Biennale 2021 will be hosted in other cities in Istria and thus be accessible to a wider audience. The exhibition will be published on the CAFAI website. We invite the public to follow us on the official Facebook page, where we will regularly inform about the events as part of the Pula Open Drawing Biennale 2021.
